Manage Your Productivity by Controlling Your Time Assassins

Time is fixed.  Time is inflexible.  There is nothing you can do to alter your personal allocation of time which is 168 hours per week.  Think of it like this.  At one minute past midnight on Sunday night you are allocated 168 hours for the week.  Some of this time is in your control other parts are not.
